Terms of Service
Subscriptions will be billed monthly for the given term of 1, 3, or 6 months. To receive subscription discounts, the client is responsible for paying every month of the 1, 3, or 6-month period. If, for any reason, the subscription is ended early, a one-time charge for the remaining balance will be charged to the client's card on record. If the duties cannot be performed by fault of Searchlight Organization, a credit for the missed session will be issued or a refund for the missed appointments at the given rate will be promptly refunded if deemed by Searchlight that the owed sessions are impossible to perform in the future.
You, the consumer, understand that Coaches of Searchlight Organization are not clinical counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, health care providers, or mental health providers and are simply assisting you with creating goals that you feel comfortable with. At no time should you assume a Searchlight Coach has any expertise in mental health or healthcare of any kind. Before performing any possible options given by a Searchlight Coach, please consult your healthcare or mental health provider. It is always recommended by Searchlight Organization to see a mental health or healthcare provider for any mental health or health related concern.
By accepting service from Searchlight Organization or any of its coaches, you agree not to hold Searchlight Organization or any of its coaches or employees liable for actions or harm caused by information given by Searchlight Organization or its coaches. It is up to you, the client, to research and verify all information that is given to you by Searchlight Organization is true and correct.
