Who We Are - Belief Beyond Boundaries
Searchlight Organization aims to bring authentic, Christ-like teachings, song, and the Spirit of Truth, to the streets of Saint Paul/Minneapolis and beyond. Using the Master's example, we aim to help transform lives by recreating the ministry he started more than 2,000 years ago. The Kingdom has come and exists within each of us today and we hope to spread that good news with each of you as we come out of the churches and into the community, taking to the streets, bringing the good news of Jesus' world changing teachings to all who are willing to hear.
We are a community based in St. Paul, Minnesota for people who may be needing something that reaches beyond where conventional religion ends and where the changing paradigm of what it means to be a Christian starts. Searchlight seeks people of any faith or background whether Christian or not. We are not concerned where you come from, only where you are going. We hope you will grow spiritually with us.

Our Beliefs
We believe the way Christ taught His disciples has immeasurable value so we aim to do it in exactly the same way with the Spirit of Christ leading us with every step and decision. In addition to moral teachings, we strive to bring others to an understanding about what the Kingdom of Heaven really is and how it has a real and lasting impact on people today.
Through the use of the gospels, we piece together an accurate representation of Christ's teachings. In testimony and discussions of our personal miracles, we enhance our faith as we journey through one another's experiences, seeing His works in action today. In community, we express acceptance, forgiveness and support of each other as fellow human beings, bound by weakness and failure. We understand that only through the Spirit within us can we overcome this failure and experience our true destiny in the Kingdom.
Are we a church? We believe the church is the body of Christ as a whole and we are just a part of it. We welcome people from all faiths, churches, or walks of life to stop by and take part in any event or gathering. Our view is this: We are all prospective members in the Kingdom of Heaven and it is about to take the world by storm. The second coming of Christ is upon us now and it is our responsibility to awaken those who are asleep to the light within.

Our Vision
In 2009, I had a vision of a Christian organization that could reach people where church left off. Through fellowship, fun, events, and volunteering, it's aim was to bring people together who expressed a need for something beyond Sunday morning; a lifestyle if you will. Throughout the years, this idea has morphed and changed, but through the Lord's wisdom, the idea becomes more clear and important as time passes.
Starting with the seed of a Christ-led goal oriented ministry, the programs I feel led to bring to fruition are these:

- Apostleship program - An intense leadership program that helps spread Christ-led street ministry around the globe through goal setting and personal accountability.
- Volunteer programs that serve a wide variety of community members throughout the United States.
- Helping members achieve health through the mind, body, and spirit through personal discipline.
- Outdoor social programs and events such as hikes, campouts, retreats, and survival training to promote both physical and spiritual growth.
- Christ-led web-based content creation and sponsorship designed to teach Christ principles through a custom goal-oriented approach.
